Order Fulfillment

Dubai: Orders within Dubai are handled in-house by our dedicated logistics team. We take pride in ensuring efficient and prompt delivery to our customers within Dubai.

Other Emirates: For orders outside Dubai, we partner with Quiqup, a trusted logistics provider in the UAE, to fulfill your orders. Rest assured your orders will be handled with care and professionalism.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 5 business days after the order is placed. We aim to process and pack your orders promptly to ensure timely delivery to your specified location.

Shipping Charges

For orders totaling 200 AED or more (including VAT), we offer free delivery within the UAE. 

If your order does not exceed the minimum spend requirement of 200 AED, a fixed shipping rate of 20 AED will be applied to your order.

Delivery Time

We understand the importance of receiving your wholesale FMCG products on time. On average, it takes a maximum of 1 week for your goods to reach you. Please note that this timeline includes business days, excluding Sundays, which is observed as a non-working day in the UAE.

Pallet Deliveries

Please be aware that we do not offer pallet deliveries at this time. All orders will be processed and delivered in standard packaging suitable for your products.

Order Tracking

To track the status of your order, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
